• How do I measure my right fit garment to choose required size?

 First lay the garment, example T shirt, on flat table. Measure Chest width in inches just below the arm hole. Measure Length in inches from the neck rib to bottom of the garment.

Any person in India can buy

• When do you ship the orders?

Orders received before 1:30 pm will be shipped on same day. All other orders will be shipped by next business day

• How long does it take for me to receive the items ordered?

Shipping the orders as promised is our responsibility. We use efficient courier services and share the tracking details to you. Delays by courier is beyond our control

• How much is the shipping cost?

Free shipping for orders of Rs. 499 or above

For orders of Rs. 498 and below, flat shipping fee of Rs. 99

• I have concerns on the quality of the garment. What do you say?

We primarily sell Debranded Export Surplus Garments that are made for US and Europe. Quality of the fabric, colour, print, etc. after wash are as per standards of those countries.

If holes are formed after few washes, you need to revisit washing knitted garments with methods like using brush, beating on stone, etc.; or hanging wet garments using metal clips that have higher pressing force than plastic clips

• What is your return policy?

You may return the garments for any reason in unused and unwashed condition within 120 days of receiving them. You need to bear shipping costs.

• What if I receive defective item?

We take best efforts to weed out defective items. In case of any defect before washing like hole, mending, open stitch, stain, etc., we need two photos: one of the garment; and one of the specific defect, to be shared over WhatsApp.

Courier charges for sending back defective garment by Speed Post Parcel will be paid to you in addition to refund of garment price within 4 days of receiving your return

• What if items are missing; or not ordered items are received by me?

We will provide you video of packing the order. Request you take a video of opening the parcel received 

• What if the size is not correct? I don't like the fabric or style?

We recommend measuring your existing correct fitting garment; and then order corresponding item.
